Need help: best ISP provider

Hi there,
Please suggest me the best ISP provide available near ON–Whitefish Falls. I’m planning to contact Thinktel (www.thinktel.ca)or any other isp’s to get a broadband internet for my upcoming restaurant. As I discussed with my friends and one of my friends recommended choosing thinktel as he is using it for his electronic store near to my place. Has anyone tried their services? Please share your suggestions for an affordable internet provider and plans.

I'm not ... they refused a serious buy out offer from Belgacom/Proximus, their Belgian counterpart.

I'd be happy to recommend an ISP if you were in CA, but you're in CA, so it wouldn't do you any good.
